**Position Overview**: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketer to join our sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to make outbound calls to medical practices, introducing them to Elle Health’s products and services, and securing appointments for our sales representatives. This role is crucial in generating leads and driving our sales efforts forward.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Outbound Calling**: Conduct high-volume outbound calls to medical practices, engaging potential clients in discussions about Elle Health’s offerings.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify leads by understanding the needs of the medical practices and matching them with the appropriate solutions offered by Elle Health.
- **Appointment Setting**: Schedule appointments for our sales representatives with interested practices, ensuring that the meetings are well-coordinated and confirmed.
- **Product Introduction**: Effectively communicate the key benefits and features of Elle Health’s services, sparking interest and generating curiosity among potential clients.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain accurate records of all interactions, including call outcomes, appointment details, and follow-up actions in our CRM system.
- **Target Achievement**: Work towards meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly targets for calls made and appointments set.
- **Strong Communicator**: You should have excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients over the phone.
- **Persistent**: Resilience is key in this role, as you will need to handle objections and rejections while staying motivated to achieve your targets.
- **Personable**: A friendly and approachable demeanor that helps you connect with people quickly over the phone.
- **Goal-Oriented**: You should be driven by results, with a strong focus on meeting targets and contributing to the success of the sales team.
- **Organized**: Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain detailed records of your interactions.
- **Quick Learner**: You should be able to quickly understand Elle Health’s products and services, and effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
**Requirements**:
- 1-2 years of experience in a telemarketing or telesales role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding call and appointment setting targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and telemarketing tools.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of productivity.
