Operations Manager

Operations Manager required to start as soon as possible at our offices in Armstrong Avenue, La Lucia, Durban for a Travel and Property Letting Company.
Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm. Will be required to complete a skills assessment prior to getting an interview.
This is a position for daily company admin duties and a good opportunity to learn Xero and gain valuable bookkeeping experience. We are a medium sized business.
Job Title Growth is not possible. Income Growth is very much possible based on performance. Taking on Accounting/Bookkeeping tasks is a huge plus toward income growth
Tasks would include but will not be limited to;
Own Vehicle / Reliable Transport a Must
Must be able to work independently and communicate efficiently with company directors
Good Communication Skills
Reception fill in when needed
Google Spreadsheets Knowledge a Must
Excel Formulas Knowledge a Must
Good Organizing and Analytical skills
Confirm Cost of Damages with Operations Staff, obtain quotes from suppliers and follow-ups thereof.
Notify guests of damages and deductions thereof
Log insurance claims with relevant service provider, follow ups and outstanding claims
Liaise with Tenants on Lease queries and understand Landlord responsibilities as we are landlords.
Manage Invoices and Quotes related to Tenant offices
Request Supplier Invoices from Hotels
Organize and maintain digital and physical files and calendars
Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
Serve as the primary point of contact between the employer and external parties.
Pay: R15 000,00 per month
