- Co -ordinate and Monitor Bulk and packs Distribution of Lubricants for ANGLO Coal/Platinum / ISP /De Beers and all other mining customers
- To coordinate outbound operations in line with delivery requirements and agreed SLA's by, providing daily scheduling focusing on load consolidation for efficient usage of assets.
- Liaise daily with all Anglo Sites and Total Sites (LMP, JDC, all Anglo sites and ISPs and internal stakeholders
- To generate and track orders on SAP timely
- Tracking sheet to be updated daily with all outbound transactions to meet customers SLAs
- invoices to be verified against tracking sheet for transport payment, extremely import in order not to duplicate pmt
- Bulk loading schedule done weekly to coordinate all outbound orders / loading effectively
- To ensure stock is available as per orders placed, effective communication with planning, production and all other responsible stakeholders
- Processing of dispatch documents delivery notes / COA & Weighbridge Certs as necessary for export freight.
- Provide on-going communication for Compliance purposes with the Transport department
- Maintain and produce all KPI's for the assigned functional areas.
- Ensure successful achievement of performance goals based on agreed KPI's. ( 7 Days Bulk & 5 Days Pack)
- Ensure the processing of POD'S within the recommended time frame
- Processing and invoicing to be done timely to avoid delays ,
- to ensure Bulk loaders adhere to our loading procedure, ensure bulk document control and processing is in order

**HSEQ**
Ensure constant adherence and compliances to the Company’s HSEQ and security standards, any local by-laws and government legislation so as to minimize all risk pertaining to the company’s assets, be an excellent corporate citizen and ensure the safety of all people.

**Context and environment**
- Routing & Scheduling and Transport management for the purpose of identifying opportunities to optimize deliveries as well as reducing costs.
- Identify and manage customers/depots constraints by balancing volume ordered / available capacity of storage and efficient use of transport.
- Coordinate and monitor all outbound deliveries with depots/ customers and service providers
- **Minimum 3 years relevant experience in logistics or operations (essential).**:

- ** Degree/diploma in Supply / Logistics - advantageous**:

- ** Computer skills in Microsoft Excel, MS Word, Power Point**:

- ** Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills (suppliers, contractors on costs and delivery)**:
