**VACANCY**

A vacancy exists for a **Debtors Clerk** in the Shared Services division based in Durban for the Lounge Division of Bravo Brands.

The Debtors Clerk will be responsible to provide an efficient and effective service to the Debtors administrative function.

**Qualifications required**
- Grade 12 / Matric / NQF level 4,
- Credit Management
- Studying towards a tertiary qualification will be beneficial

**Experience required**
- 2-3 year's debtors experience
- Experience should be obtained in a manufacturing company
- Relevant experience on Syspro advantageous

**Key Responsibilities**
- Timeous collection of outstanding trade debtors’ balances.
- Accurately process trade debtors’ transactions onto the system.
- Achieve set collection target.
- Reconcile Trade Debtors accounts and identify credit risk.
- Assist Debtors Supervisor with Drs receipts forecasting.

**Skills**
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Participative and able to work as part of the team
- ADHOC duties required.
- Computer literate - must be accurate and pay attention to details
- Proactive, organised and able to multitask and work well under pressure
