Financial Coordinator

**Job Description**:

- Ensure client compliance as per the contract and SLA (3-way match).
- Ensure 100% accuracy in the 3-way match process (primary invoice / PO / vendor invoice).
- Set up weekly meetings, driving adherence to the 3-way match process.
- Aid and assist the finance team by checking accuracy of vendor invoices with the team.
- Check variances and resolve discrepancies timeously by putting corrective measures in place.
- Obtain approval and clearance from client on financial submissions / reconciliation reports.
- Check and ensure that client payments are aligned to the financial submission and recons.
- Prepare and submit regular financial reports and summaries to management.
- Ensure that financial information is updated across multiple systems.
- Create and maintain archives to satisfy audit requirements.
- Continuously aim for best practice, efficient solutions within the team.
