**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Consultation**:
Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and special requirements.

Provide personalized travel recommendations based on client needs.

**Itinerary Planning**:
Create detailed travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities, tailored to client preferences.

Ensure all travel arrangements align with client expectations and preferences.

**Booking Management**:
Handle flight, hotel, car rental, and activity bookings.

Negotiate with vendors to secure the best possible rates and perks for clients.

**Customer Service**:
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Assist clients during travel, offering support and resolving any issues that may arise.

**Destination Knowledge**:
Stay informed about travel trends, visa requirements, and destination-specific information.

Continuously update product knowledge to offer expert advice to clients.

**Sales and Revenue Generation**:
Meet or exceed sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling of travel-related services.

Identify opportunities for revenue growth within existing client base.
