An exciting opportunity exists for a **Technical Trainer **at **CIRO** in **Meadowdale**, **Johannesburg**. Ciro seeks to attract an experienced, passionate Technical Trainer to join their vivacious team in our Inland Technical Office based in Meadowdale. The Technical Trainer will use his/her advance skills and experience to develop and execute a skills training program for the Ciro technical team. The technical trainer will also offer technical support and direct technical staff in the skills of fault finding and repair of equipment. Duties will include develop training material, assessment and auditing documentation plus standard operating procedures for dispensing equipment and vending machines. Also assist with training material and launch documentation on all new equipment.

- Facilitate all training sessions on dispensing equipment, vending equipment and water filtration systems.
- Compiling, distribution and control of all Ciro technical information documents to insure information is continuously updated and shared.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operation Manuals per machine for services and re builds.
- Develop training material for operators, technical staff and consultants.
- Create an environment which is conducive to learning and development of staff
- Ensure the technical training Centre is appropriately equipped
- Service improvements and audits
- Customer surveys must be implemented and results analysed to improve service delivery.
- Do comprehensive on the job work assessments with technicians to evaluate skills, attitude and ability, customer service engagement and admin skills.
- Be a controller of the Corrective Action Request system at technical nationally (CAR)
- Ensure Ciro Technical is kept informed of and operates within AVI policy, local regulations and legislation and good corporate governance.
- Continuously strive towards a team culture of commitment and delivery against pre-determined objectives, values and business requirements
- Become a member of the SHEQ committee within technical
- International technical support developed and implemented
- Co-develop technical standards and support strategy.
- Develop technical training plans per country and ensure the execution thereof.
- Conduct technical facility audits at International agents
- Provide technical support, training and troubleshooting.
- Supply all technical documentation.

**Minimum Requirements**:
**Experience**:

- Minimum 5 Years Food Service or Coffee Industry
- Minimum 3 Years’ experience working as a technician or within a technical departments

**Qualifications**:

- Grade 12 - Essential
- Tertiary Engineering qualification (Industrial/Mechanical /Electronic) would be ideal

**Additional Requirements**:

- Driver’s License - Essential
- Experience compiling training material would be ideal
- Exposure working with Coffee Equipment
- Electronic knowledge
- Basic Computer Skills with MS Office
- Experience putting together presentations on Powerpoint
- Reporting on Excel
