Coordinating the smooth operation of all assigned tour programs including general administration duties relating to group operations.

Communicates with suppliers, agents and clients

You will need to be able to work independently. Good time management is a must, in order to meet deadlines.

**Requirements**:
Matric / Grade 12
- **2 + years’ experience in similar role within a tour operator / DMC**
- Proficient in MS Office, **especially EXCEL**
- Strong communication skills, ( must maintain accurate records relating to clients, bookings, suppliers, payments)
- Be able to work closely with a small team

You will be expected to make reservations for required services & maintain communication with agents & suppliers regarding reservations status, payment terms and deadlines, along with operational administrative tasks.
