We are looking to hire a Clinical Trials Administrator to work in our office in Johannesburg.
**Responsibilities **will include:
- Reception management: answering and transferring incoming phone calls, receiving daily post mail and courier parcels. Greeting guests and making sure conference rooms are prepared for the visit. Being the point of contact for external services deliverers: technical department of the building owner, printing machines services delivery.
- Facilities Assistant.
Supporting - if required - Facilities & Office Coordinator with local projects.
Supporting employees and the Country Head with the administrative tasks. Managing and processing invoices for e.g. office supplies, health & safety services etc. Ordering - in cooperation with the Country Head - IT tools such as: all-in-one printers, phones etc. Helping with any events organization e.g. managers trainings.
**Requirements**:
- Very good communication skills
- Very good cooperation with external & internal client
- Good organizational skills
- Computer literate in MS Windows & MS Office environment
