Debtors Clerk / Debtors administrator position

**Minimum requirements**:

- Looking for a Debtors Clerk to work in the accounting department.
- To manage reconcile and keep records of customers' accounts.
- Their primary job is to reconcile accounts against the customers remittance, keep records of all amounts owed by customers and amounts paid reconciling in detail.

**The following Experience would be helpful: -**
- Working with Chain Stores, understating the FMCG environment
- Accounting packaging - Sage Evolution
- Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Mail.

**Role would entail: -**
- Reconcile accounts against customers remittance
- Managing PODs of Debtors which Includes
- Failed deliveries reports (daily orders / invoices)
- Admin problem POD’s (Investigations)
- Query accounts.
- Debtors Claim.
- Understanding credits notes.
- Authorise returns
- Collections arrangements.
