**Responsibility**
- The student must have no formal work experience and be a recent student or in their final year of study. Role Summary:
**Qualifications**:

- Matric / Grade 12
- Studying towards a qualification in Engineering / Management / Science Technology where there is a requirement to gain workplace experience in order to obtain formal qualification.

**Skills**:

- Agility - to work in a matrix, complex, and fast-paced environment. Courage - to share ideas, challenge the status quo.
