Are you passionate about wine, hospitality, and creating unforgettable moments for guests? The **Franschhoek Wine Tram**, a leading tourism experience in the heart of the Cape Winelands, is looking for enthusiastic and service-driven **Wine Experience Concierges** to join our team.

What You’ll Do
- Welcome and host guests with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
- Deliver engaging and memorable wine and tourism experiences for visitors from around the world.
- Share your knowledge of wine, the Franschhoek valley, and local attractions in a clear, engaging way.
- Support smooth operations through stewarding duties such as ticket validation, guest guidance, and upkeep of designated areas.
- Assist with ticket sales and provide expert visitor information (for ticket office-trained team members).
- Work collaboratively with your team to ensure exceptional service and a seamless visitor journey.
- Be available on weekends and public holidays to meet operational needs.

What We’re Looking For
- Based in the Franschhoek or Paarl area with reliable transport.
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Matric certificate required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, or wine-related roles.
- Advantageous qualifications:

- Tourism Guide Qualification
- WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust) or PYDA (Pinotage Youth Development Academy) certifications
