Leading Bank/Financial Services provider requires a motivated, sales driven leader with experience in motivating and leading teams in this industry. Build and develop resources and environments to enable the team to achieve its desired objectives.
- National Diploma/NQF level 6 qualification in Business Studies or equivalent._
**Experience**

5 / 7 years of sales experience from Banking or Financial Services environment, 3 of which must have been in the leadership role.

**KPA's**
- Report Writing, Computer Literacy, MS word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Looks after multi-disciplined operators in financial services and responsible for the facilitation of a team’s outcome and reaching branch objectives.
- Customer Centric
- Proactively conduct needs analyses at every customer interaction and identify sales opportunities and provide solutions accordingly.
- Proactively manage and support team, motivating them to achieve individual and group objectives
- Managing branch finances: Including fleet, operational costs and staff cost

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R15,000.00 - R20,000.00 per month
