**Main Purpose**:
The successful individual will be responsible for the store administration function and will be an assistant to the Store Manager.

**Line Manager**: Store Manager

**Subordinates**: Stockroom Controller and Cashiers (applicable to big stores)

**Job Specification**:
**Key Performance Areas**:

- Ensuring the adherence to policies and procedures as per the Spitz administration in policy
- Managing the cash and stock control of the store
- Caretaking the store and staff in the absence of the Store Manager
- Ensuring the world-class service of Spitz customers

**Minimum Requirements**:
**Experience**:

- Minimum of 4 years’ retail experience
- 1-year administration management experience with at least 4 years’ working experience

**Qualifications**:

- Complete Matric / Grade 12
- Tertiary Retail Qualification will be to your advantage

**Technical Competencies & Knowledge**:

- Attention to detail and a high-level accuracy
- Excellent numeracy skills
- Retail administration disciplines
- Stock and cash management
- In-depth knowledge of policies and procedures
- People management skills
