Customer Service Representative

Currently we are searching for a Customer Service Representative for Durban, South Africa.
**Responsibilities of this Post**:
Maintain a professional, polite, and attentive attitude while focusing on accuracy. Always be prepared and responsive to customers, suppliers and colleagues in line with the company’s vision and mission statement.
Liaising efficiently with other departments on administrative matters of mutual importance.
Provide quality support and back up to the external sales team to assist them in the achievement of their key result areas and targets.
Obtain and correctly record customer information. Process phone in and electronic orders accurately, on time and in line with all company procedures.
Assist and track the sales and logistics team's communication with customers to ensure the company delivers consistent high-quality service levels and accuracies. Identify opportunities to up-sell other products and communicate this information to the sales team.
Accurate and organized handling of office tasks, such as filing, document handling and data capturing.
Listen to customer concerns and provide information, answers, or responses in line with the company’s commit to excellent customer service.
Taking phone calls in the front office, record and pass on messages or route callers to the appropriate party.
Receive customer queries or information request and then ensure these requests are fulfilled as a matter of urgency. Handling customer complaints and processing returns effectively while keeping accurate records of all customer interactions.
**Requirements of this Post**:
Min Matric - any tertiary sales / customer service qualifications will be an advantage.
Three years experience a telesales / order processing position.
Detail-oriented and high accuracy levels.
Dynamic, hard-working, pleasant personality, self-disciplined & self-motivated.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
