Hydraulic Fitter

**Responsibilities**

Fit hydraulic cylinders as per drawing specification

Assemble hydraulic cylinder with fittings as per drawing specification

Layout hydraulic pipes and join with seals in place as per drawing specification

Weld hydraulic clamps in place onto chassis

Tighten hydraulic pipes onto clamps and tighten clamps

Fit valves/control valves as per drawing specification

Fit pipes elbows/straight unions etc. with seals onto valve

Join hydraulic pipes and hydraulic hoses and ensure seals are in place as per drawing specification

Fit bulkhead fittings and couplers/stoppers as per drawing specification

Connect hydraulic power pack to system and test as per procedure for system operation and to detect leaks

Rectify any deviations as per correct procedure

**Desired Experience & Qualification**

Matric

2 years experience as a Hydraulic Fitter

Must be available immediately.

Contract length: 1-3 months

- Pretoria, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
