**About the job SF Lead (EC Lead) (Contract) - Durban/Hybrid - iS0 L7XVY6R5**:
Our client requires the service of a suitably qualified and experienced **Success Factor Lead (Employee Central Lead)**
**POSITION**: Contract role (12 months)

**COMMENCEMENT**: As soon as possible

**REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE**

**Must have**:

- Success Factors Lead - Employee Central
- Ability to run workshops and stakeholder management
- Functional Specifications for WRICEFs
- At least 4 end to end SF EC implemetations
- EC certified

**ROLE**
- Success Factors Lead (Employee Central Lead)
- Work with client business and IT resources to understand current operations.
- Ability to run process review workshops, demo the SF EC system and identify gaps in the solutions.
- Ability to propose solutions to gaps (either configuration, WRICEF, or process/manual workarounds).
- Ability to write/update functional designs for WRICEF Objects
- Ability to configure and test within their assigned module of SAP
- Ability to plan and execute formal testing for their module area and work with other SAP resources to plan and execute end to end tests.
- Ability to work locally with customer at site and support direct client interaction through the lifecycle of the project.
