**Key Responsibilities**:
Assemble machines, conduct all component tests, and fully adjust machines prior to delivery.
Repair, assemble, manufacture, and service underground mining equipment and components within quality standards.
Integrate quality assurance into all work by ensuring that new, repaired, or rebuilt machines meet customer specifications.
Carefully strip, clean, inspect, reassemble, and test components in accordance with OEM specifications and company quality standards.
Ensure proper assembly and adjustment of machines to OEM standards.
**Assembly Responsibilities**:
**Tanks**: Diesel, Hydraulic, Flushing, Battery Box
**Major Components**: Axles, Transmissions, Torque Converters, Engines
**Fitting Responsibilities**:
**Tanks**: Diesel, Hydraulic, Flushing, Battery Box
**Major Components**: Axles, Transmissions, Torque Converters, Engines, Booms, Buckets
**Sub-components**: Drivelines, Linkages, Cylinders, Intake, Exhaust, Hoses, Wheels
**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**:
Qualified Fitter
Minimum 3 years’ experience in machine assembly
Computer literate; proficient with MS Office
Knowledge of the mining industry
**SOFT SKILLS**:
Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong conflict management and problem-solving skills
Ability to work well under pressure and independently
Between 3 - 5 Years
