**Job description**:
The purpose of this position is to provide full sales support to the broker consultants in the sales environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Application of underwriting policy
- Compiling quotations with suggested rate or pricing on behalf of broker consultant
- Manage administrative documentation (detailed records)
- Build and maintain good working relationships internal and external
- Recording details of transactions
- Handling broker queries verbal and written
- Ensure FAIS compliance
- Maintaining service level agreement deadlines
- Technical insurance knowledge input
- Administration of welcome packs to new brokers
- Organising of brokers consultants’ diaries
- Distribution of month end reporting
**Minimum Requirements**:

- FAIS Compliant (Commercial)
- Matric certificate
- Minimum of 1-3 years’ relevant commercial underwriting and/or sales support experience in the short-term insurance industry
- Technical Short-term insurance knowledge - Commercial
