Application Centre Consultant

THE POSITION

Need to be able to do sales calls to prospective clients/customers

Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives

Up-sell products when they arise

Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile

Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Grade 12

2-3 Years customer service and sales experience

Good general industry knowledge (call centre and Financial industry)

Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

Proficient in English & Afrikaans / African Language

Excellent computer skills (Word & Excel Proficient)

Excellent interpersonal & negotiating skills.

Willingness and capacity to accept and adopt to change, and remain effective in a fast paced sales environment.
