Logistics Graduate

**ROLE PURPOSE**

The Logistics Graduate will work closely with the Team Lead for all KZN stores, Nexio engineers, and the central warehouse. The Logistics Graduate will also work closely with the project managers to ensure stock is available as required.

**ROLE REQUIREMENT**
- Execute all logistics functions for KZN stores
- Single point of contact To Vodacom and Nexio, for KZN stock
- Direct impact on business performance and SLAs
- Effective communication
- Self-Motivated
- Receiving and Dispatching of all equipment to staff/ engineers
- Verifying stock received and reporting stock discrepancies
- Conduct weekly and month-end stock takes
- Capturing all stock received onto the database
- Maintaining buffer stock levels. Ensuring there is sufficient stock on hand
- Filing and documenting all goods dispatched
- Shipping decommissioned goods back to Nexio/ Vodacom
- Manage stakeholder relationships, both internal and external, (Nexio & Vodacom), delivering to the client
- Protect the Nexio brand by maintaining a positive image. Always make sure the stock room is neat and conforms to the Health and Safety policies.
- Manage communications

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**
- Grade 12
- Tertiary qualification in Business Administration/ IT/ Logistics
- Stock Control Work Experience advantageous
- ICT Industry knowledge (Essential)
- Excellent MS Excel skills (Essential)
- Flexible working hours when required.
