At least 1 year of relevant and related experience in Information Security or Cybersecurity, preferably in BPO setting

Certification/training related to Information Security and/or Cybersecurity is an advantage

Under the supervision of the Information Security Operations Assistant Manager, this key position is responsible for the implementation of information security policies, the deployment of information security measures and the monitoring and analysis of information security-related logs, inclusive of the achievement of the set KPI and scorecard.

1. Performs information security audit for existing and deployment-pending servers and network devices.

2. Approves and registers personal removable storage or mobile devices; implements encryption-at-rest controls for removable storage devices.

5. Provides assessment on requested access to the internal network by 3rd-party groups.

6. Monitors internal IT-related information security control systems to ensure that appropriate information access levels and security clearances are maintained.

7. Monitors and updates the security information and event management systems (SIEM) and the intrusion detection systems (IDS).
- Intermediate knowledge of the principles, practices, and techniques of information security management controls, and computer security incident response functions
- Basic knowledge of software development principles and secure coding practices
- Basic knowledge of technical writing
- Above average communication skills, with ability to communicate information and ideas clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
- Above average critical and analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills; ability to solve complex technical problems/issues
- Highly organized; attentive to details
