As GM, you will actively assist 2 Divisional Operations Directors [ 1 x Director and 1x Managing Director in all related day-to-day functions within the Organization across all disciplines, including: Sales and Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Quality Control, all relate to QSR etc. Ultimately, ensure the company's long-term financial viability and continuous growth. Please note that the salary on offer is a RANGE and is negotiable according to working experience and working environment experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant degree is required.

**Skills and Experience Necessary**
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a senior to top leadership position.
- At least 8 years’ experience as an Operations Head, preferably in a multi-location QSR industry [quick service restaurant]
- Strong all-around general management and demonstrated leadership skills.
- Sound business acumen.
- Non-negotiable food safety and quality management.
- Sound health and safety knowledge and experience.
- Excellent people management knowledge, experience, and skills.
- Sound financial knowledge and experience
- controlling costs and driving revenue.
- Ability to develop/formulate/execute strategy.

**Salary**: R70,000.00 - R80,000.00 per month
