The main objective of the position is to support the Quality department by providing a audit and administrative function to the department, conduct internal and external audits as per approved audit schedule, assist with the control of Supplier/Vendor approvals and assist with all the administration duties within the Quality Department.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Quality Audit Programme Implementation
- Quality Audit Programme and outcome Review
- Departmental document & data control
- Documents, Vendor data, Administration control
- Assist Quality Manager by Liaising with NAA, airport and foreign Authorities as required
- Q-Pulse Administrator

- Systematic and well organized
- Ability to adapt (being flexible) to working conditions
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Ability to cope with large volumes of work

**_Education: _**
- Grade12
- Suitable Tertiary Qualification
- ISO 9001:2008 QMS Course (Added Advantage)
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Qualified Aircraft Technician (Added Advantage)

**_ Experience:_**
- 3 Years’ experience in Aircraft Maintenance
- Preferably experience in Quality/Safety Management in Aviation
- Preferably experience in auditing functions
