**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Grade 12
- Previous experience managing a busy Reception Desk and Switchboard
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Must be able to handle pressure
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Team player
DUTIES:
- Answering switchboard in a professional manner
- Receiving and welcoming clients/visitors confidently
- Arranging refreshments for clients/visitors
- Flight, accommodation, car rental and travel related bookings
- Co-ordinating and booking meetings and meeting rooms
- Ordering stationary
- Processing of purchase orders
- Ad hoc administration functions
- Maintaining a neat and tidy Reception area
