**Key Responsibilities**:

- Be a coffee expert. You bring the passion, we provide the training, and you share it with the customer.
- Welcome customers and identify their needs.
- Advise both existing and new customers about Nespresso’s amazing products and services.
- Maintain a pro-active approach towards customers.
- Create coffee moments
- share your knowledge, our coffee, and our sustainability practices with customers.
- Contribute, Whether we need help cleaning, organizing stock or need a new innovative way to do things.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years sales and customer-facing service experience in a premium environment

**(Previous keyholder experience would be advantageous)**
- Completed Matric
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Flexible to work selected shifts (including working weekends and public holidays when rostered)
- Required to work on a full-time basis 174 hours.
