**The IIE Varsity College, Westville campus** has a vacancy for an Admissions Officer (Fixed-Term Contract).**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for student registration admissions approval
- Checking qualification entrance criteria
- Checking and approval of module selection
- Calling students for retention purposes
- Processing of academic credits
- Collection and uploading of documents after academic counselling
- Assisting with student registration in the registration room
- Providing online/telephonic support for student registration
- Ad hoc admin/registration assistance

- Deadline and results driven
- Best suited to a friendly, organised and systematic person who has an eye for detail and who works accurately and is able to handle pressure

**Minimum Qualification Requirements**:

- Minimum of a National Diploma/Advanced Certificate (NQF Level 6). Advanced Diploma or Degree (NQF Level 7) advantageous

**Minimum Work Experience Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years administrative experience (ideally with admissions experience)
