**Job Summary**: Leasing Controller sought to join prestigious real estate organisation.

Operating for almost 3 decades, our client is a niche property management company offering world class services to a range of private and institutional clients. They represent landlords, tenants, sellers, and buyers.

With capacity in the Johannesburg office, they require a Leasing Controller to ensure that all leases are up to standard. A role of this nature will have you responsible for overseeing capturing of new leases and renewals, rent reviews, negotiations and ensuring that all administration is correct. Furthermore, you will be tasked with compiling deviation reports, updating building and tenant status, assisting with asset register reports and assisting with lease audits.

This role would suit someone with 5 years of experience in a similar role, 3 years of experience using MDA/MRI and an eye for detail. Additionally, you will need experience in the commercial or retail sector, excellent negotiation skills and a relevant tertiary qualification.
