**Position: Field Sales Agent Location:South African**

**Company: Shimba Marketing and Distribution job Summary: As a Field Sales Agent (FSA) at Shimba Marketing and Distribution, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to traders in the specified townships. You will be required to meet daily targets for store visits, order generation, and order value, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely delivery of orders. Key Responsibilities**:

- Visit assigned stores and traders to promote and sell our products. - Generate a minimum of 26 store visits per day. - Generate a minimum of 16 orders per day, with each order totaling at least R450. - Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new opportunities. - Provide product information and assistance to customers. - Collect and report market intelligence and customer feedback to the management team. - Ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any delivery issues or customer complaints. - Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company. Requirements**:

- Previous sales experience, preferably in a similar role. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong negotiation and selling skills. - Knowledge of the township market and the ability to speak local languages will be an advantage.
