**Skills**:
This is a Junior to Mid-Level role but experience in D365 is highly regarded

Excellent communication in English (Ability to converse and share ideas/ suggestions and follow through on meetings)

Experience in Cloud based Financials and Supply chain software

This role will require you to develop deep understanding of our clients’ processes and typical business needs

You will be responsible for working with clients and the team in delivering end to end Solutions.

Experience in Microsoft Technologies will be beneficial
- MS SQL
- .Net
- MS Sharepoint
- Azure

Key responsibilities will include:

- Support the team and the Delivery Lead to ensure that project quality meets standards
- Agile Delivery experience would be beneficial
- Experience in Warehousing and Distribution would be highly beneficial
- Capture Microsoft Dynamics Business Central system end-users’ requirements
- Document the captured end-user requirements (system requirement specification) and communicate requirements to system developers
- Propose system solutions based on captured requirements and documentation of functional designs
- Master data preparation and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central ERP system
- Document system end-user user manuals, conduct training sessions and UAT (user acceptance testing) sessions for end-users
- Provide functional support for system go-live phase, handle and resolve functional support cases
- Experience in managing and preparation of Budgets
- Manage partnerships with cross-functional team to ensure consistent, positive client interaction

**Salary**: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

**Salary**: R1,000,000.00 - R1,200,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sandton, Gauteng: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
