**What you’ll do**:

- **Solution Design and Architecture**:

- Design and architect AI/ML solutions using Azure services (Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, Bot Services, etc.).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide strategic insights, and create AI-driven solutions that align with business objectives.
- **Model Development & Deployment**:

- Build, train, and deploy machine learning models on Azure.
- Use Azure tools for data wrangling, preprocessing, and model evaluation.
- Ensure that AI models are scalable and optimized for performance in production environments.
- **Azure AI Services Integration**:

- Customize Cognitive Services to meet specific business needs.
- **Data Management**:

- Work with data engineers and data scientists to ensure the proper setup of data pipelines and Azure Data Lake for AI model training.
- Optimize data storage and retrieval processes for AI workloads.
- **Cloud Optimization & Security**:

- Ensure the AI solutions are secure, scalable, and cost-effective within the Azure cloud environment.
- **Collaboration & Stakeholder Management**:

- Partner with development teams, data scientists, product managers, and business leaders to ensure seamless implementation of AI solutions.
- Educate stakeholders on the benefits and limitations of AI in business operations.
- **Continuous Learning & Innovation**:

- Stay updated on the latest Azure AI and machine learning advancements, incorporating new techniques and services into existing solutions.
- Participate in hackathons, workshops, and conferences to enhance expertise in AI and Azure.

**Your expertise**:

- 3+ years of experience working with Azure AI/ML services.
- Experience working in industries like healthcare, finance, or retail where AI can have a significant impact.
- **Technical Expertise**:

- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure AI services (Azure Machine Learning, Azure Cognitive Services, AI Bots, etc.).
- Proficiency in machine learning algorithms and frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Experience with programming languages like Python, R, or C#.
- Strong knowledge of data pipelines, data lakes, and database services (Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Databricks).
- Understanding of MLOps and DevOps practices for AI/ML deployment.
- **Cloud and Security Knowledge**:

- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and AI service integration in Azure.
- Familiarity with cloud governance, compliance, and security protocols in Azure.
- **Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills**:

- Ability to design end-to-end AI solutions tailored to business challenges.
- Strong troubleshooting and optimization skills in AI/ML environments.
- **Communication Skills**:

- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executives.
- Experience with creating technical documentation and providing AI solution demos.

**Qualifications required**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Azure certifications such as Azure AI Engineer Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or similar.
- Azure Certifications (AI-100, AI-102, DP-100, or equivalent).
