As a **Bookkeeper**, you’ll play a critical role in keeping the financial house in order.
- Responsibilities:_

**Recording Transactions**:
- Accurately record day-to-day financial transactions.
- Complete the posting process, ensuring entries are correctly allocated.
- Verify that transactions appear in the appropriate day book, supplier ledger, customer ledger, and general ledger.

**Trial Balance Preparation**:
- Bring the books to Balance Sheet
- Perform checks of the posting process.
- Ensure all accounts reconcile accurately.

**Financial Reporting**:
- Enter data, maintain records, and generate reports and financial statements.
- Process accounts receivable / payable promptly.
- Handle payroll efficiently.
- Requirements and Skills:_
- **Experience**: Proven bookkeeping experience.
- **Fundamentals**: Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles.
- **Numerical Proficiency**: Ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures.
- **Data Entry**: Strong data entry skills and comfort with spreadsheets.
- **Software Familiarity**: Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., Pastel; Xero).
- **Attention to Detail**: High degree of accuracy and meticulousness.
- **Customer Service**: A customer service-oriented mindset.
- **Education**: BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration preferred.
