Above average paid vacation days Medical aid and gap cover Unlimited amount of top coffee and Friday's beverages ;) Good vibes, awesome people to work with, platform to grow and learn new things that drive digital world **AFFILIATE MARKETING EXECUTIVE** **CONTEXT | YOUR IMPACT** **EDUCATION** - Degree in Marketing or any relevant field **RESPONSIBILITIES** - Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual gross profit targets - Identify and recruit new affiliates through various approaches including social networks, marketplace sites, etc. - Reengage inactive affiliates and deepen relationship with existing affiliates - Negotiate and manage contracts and commission structures for affiliates - Maintain direct communication and recommend new campaigns for affiliates and provide performance feedback - Monitor affiliate activity, analyse performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase affiliate performance - Proactively monitor traffic sources to determine which affiliates should be prioritized and focused on - Stay up to date with the latest affiliate marketing trends - Keep affiliates up to date with the latest company news - Work with the Head of Delivery to forecast ROI and activity for all affiliate partners - both new and existing - Ensure all ROI and sales targets are met through the affiliate channels and partnerships **KEY SKILLS / EXPERIENCE** - Minimum of 5 years experience in an affiliate marketing or relevant Digital Business Development role with the industry - A solid understanding of the affiliate marketing industry - Previous work experience with CRM to maintain and keep track of all digital business development related activities and records such as prospect leads, opportunities, and sales (Salesforce is a plus) - Ability to sell affiliate opportunities to potential affiliates - Strong knowledge of affiliate platforms and programmes - Passion for affiliate marketing and the wider digital industry - Strong written and verbal communication skills - including presenting and reporting - Strong people and partnership management skills - Strong Excel and numerical skills - A good understanding of the whole digital marketing mix - A good working knowledge of the latest affiliate marketing and online partnerships trends - Must be able to work remotely with a strong and stable Internet connectivity (fibre is a plus) plus own laptop **COMPETENCIES** - Commercial Acumen - Proactive and Enthusiastic - Takes Initiative and Invests Energy to Make things Happen - Solutions-Focused - Accountable and Responsible - Relationship Builder - Confident and Outgoing - Optimistic & Resilient - Continuous Improvement Mindset - Inspiring & Influential - Convincing and Negotiating - Strategic Mindset - Organised - Manages Own Time Effectively
