**Role Profile**

**Senior Salesforce Consultant**

**Main Purpose of Role**

The incumbent will specialize in design, development, integration and delivery of business process and industry solutions. utilising your core business, technology and industry expertise and being a key player / contributor to organisations high performing business units. Effectively contributing to and being responsible for delivering large-scale transformation programs aimed at helping achieve measurable business success and value.

Key deliverables will include:

- Experience in setting up financial cloud solutions, customise _Salesforce CRM_
- lead projects, facilitate business process analysis sessions, develop, and deliver the key components of technology solutions.
- Contribute to
- growth through thought-leadership, development of solution accelerators, reusable assets, and participation and ownership of other operational areas (recruiting, onboarding, training, enablement, etc.)
- Provide mentoring and guidance to other team members.

**Required Minimum Education / Training**
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree.
- Salesforce Certification.

**Required Minimum salesforce Work Experience**
- 5-10 years
