Job overview:
My client, a leading manufacturer of catering and baking equipment, is looking for a Maintenance Technician.

**You will NOT be employed by the company but will invoice the company for jobs completed.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Repair different bakery machines like: (Ovens, Proofers, Bun Dividers, Roll Moulders, Sheeters, Mixers etc
- Providing different services, depending on their area of expertise
- Diagnosing problems and making repairs
- Installation and rigging of equipment

**Requirements**:

- Own reliable transport (Be able to travel long distances if needed.)
- Cell Phone.
- PC / Laptop to do reports.
- Own tools that fit the different jobs. (Mechanical / welding / electrical / electronic.)

Education Required:

- Qualified or experienced Fitter / Electrician / Mechanic
- Previous bakery / maintenance experience
- Sound electrical knowledge. (Single and Three Phase - Medium to High Current.)
- Electronic Knowledge / PC Board / PLC / Electric Motors and Gearboxes
- Refrigeration repairs experience an advantage
- Mechanical, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Conveyors, Gears, Pulleys, V-Belts
- Basic welding / Sheet Metal work
- Previous Experience as a service technician
- Good Communication skills. (Working with Customers)
- Time Management
- Be able to do keep Documentation, reports, invoices, time sheets updated - daily
- Need to work over weekends and public holidays if required.
