**Tygervalley, Western Cape - Positions available for Call Centre Consultant - Insurance - plus the possibility to grow a career to become a Holistic Financial Advisor.**

**MUST HAVE CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE.**

Basic Salary:

- First month during training R10 000
- Second month during training R8000.00
- Thereafter R6000 pm as a basic salary
- Intensive training before exposure to clients (2months)
- All infrastructure will be provided (laptop, software, cell phone etc.)
- Advantageous commission structure on all products sold
- Build your own business.
- You will be contacting clients by phone, virtual meetings or personally. You need to have good linguistic communication skills.

**Criteria**:

- Applicants must match the company's personality profile for a sales person, this will be done via an online index. Once an applicant has been chosen, a link will be sent through to complete the 15min questionnaire.

**Minimum aptitude and qualification required**:

- Maximum age 25, OR
- **If you are over 25, industry specific experience is required (Financial Sector for more than 2 years, a RE 5 certificate is needed)**:

- Fully bilingual: be able to speak and understand English and Afrikaans clearly and understandable.

**Training**:

- Intensive training before exposure to clients (2months)
- All infrastructure will be provided (laptop, software, cell phone etc.)
- Advantageous commission structure on all products sold
- Build your own business

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R6,000.00 - R30,000.00 per month
