We are looking for a friendly, well-spoken sales development representative to assist our company in expanding our customer base. The sales development representative's responsibilities include generating potential leads, facilitating sales, and connecting customers with the right salesperson.

We’re looking for a responsible pharmacist to:

- Manage the Zoie Health Pharmacy.
- Lead the pharmacy strategy and execution.

**What you’ll be doing day to day**:

- Managing and controlling all operational activities of the pharmacy which will include stock management, shrinkage, general housekeeping and administration in line with merchandising and SAPC regulations.
- Ensuring accurate and safe dispensing, and the provision of advice in accordance with good pharmacy practice and within the legal scope of practice as outlined by the SAPC.
- Managing customer service initiatives that result in a great customer experience and drive customer loyalty.
- Accurately interpret scripts and act in a professional and responsible manner, and within the legal requirements in accordance with the SAPC.
- Correcting errors on scripts rejected by medical aid.
- Furnishing information and advice to any person with regard to the use of medicine.
- Purchasing, acquiring, keeping, using, releasing, storage, packaging, supplying or selling of any medicine or scheduled substance.
- Keeping up to date with changes in medical aid procedures and requirements for claims and dispensing of medicines.
- Maintaining customer profiles on the ProPharm dispensing system.
- Maintaining and management of SOP files, keeping up to date with SAPC inspections.
- Managing the temperature control system installed by PharmaScout.
- Advising on pharmaceutical matters relating to product development.
- Ensuring that persons employed in the pharmacy and who provide services forming part of the scope of practice of a pharmacist are appropriately registered with the SAPC.
- Establishing policies and procedures for the pharmacy with regard to the acts performed and services provided in the pharmacy.
- Establishing and maintaining GPP procedures.
- **Deeply passionate about the mission and vision. **You believe in what Zoie is trying to achieve and you care deeply about the women we serve.
- **Pharmacist background. **Fully qualified pharmacist registered with the SAPC with all registration fees up to date
- this is non-negotiable.
- **Experience.** You have at least 2 years of work experience, not including internship and community service. You have experience and relationships with SAPC and understand the regulatory process very well. You have knowledge of the following: stock management procedures, patient care, professional counselling, ProPharm dispensing programme (advantageous), and OrderCo ordering programme (advantageous).
- **Exceptional communication skills.** You can communicate excellently across various platforms with particularly strong speaking/pitching skills and writing skills.
- **Attitude.** You understand and are passionate about the problem we’re looking to solve. You have a positive attitude, comfortable with and adaptable to a rapidly changing work environment, you love rolling up your sleeves and getting things done quickly and with excellence. You are a team player but are able to drive and own your projects.

- Have worked closely with the SAPC and understand how it works
- Experience in an agile entrepreneurial or start-up environment
