**Key Responsibilities**
- **Supply Chain Strategy**:Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on cost reduction, quality improvement, and timely delivery.
- **Inventory Management**:Oversee inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability, minimize excess inventory, and reduce costs associated with storage and obsolescence.
- **Supplier Management**:Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and delivery schedules.
- **Logistics Coordination**:Manage logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution, to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of products to customers.
- **Demand Forecasting**:Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to forecast demand accurately and plan inventory accordingly.
- **Process Optimization**:Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.
- **Quality Assurance**:Ensure all products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements, implementing quality control measures throughout the supply chain.
- **Risk Management**:Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
- **Data Analysis**:Utilize data and analytics to monitor supply chain performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- **Budget Management**:Develop and manage the supply chain budget, ensuring financial targets are met and resources are allocated effectively.

**Qualifications**
- **Experience**:5+ years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field, preferably within an e-commerce environment.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management, and logistics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
