We are looking for an **exceptional CRO Manager** to **turn traffic into leads and leads into cases** for their law firm clients.

In this remote role, you will **own and execute conversion optimization strategies** to maximize website performance and marketing funnel efficiency. You’ll work closely with **PPC, SEO, and web development teams** to create **data-driven experiments, implement UX/UI improvements, and drive measurable conversion rate growth.** You will report to our **VP, Client Strategy**.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- ** Develop and execute CRO strategy** to increase the conversion rate of law firm websites, landing pages, and intake funnels.
- ** Conduct in-depth conversion audits** to identify barriers to conversion and areas of opportunity.
- ** Analyze website and landing page performance** using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Microsoft Clarity.
- ** Create and manage A/B tests and multivariate experiments** to improve conversion rates across different user touchpoints.
- ** Optimize landing pages and website design** for better user experience (UX) and higher engagement.
- ** Work with designers and developers** to implement CRO-driven design and functionality improvements.
- ** Leverage heatmaps, session recordings, and user feedback tools** to uncover friction points in the user journey.
- ** Improve lead form performance** by testing form fields, call-to-action (CTA) placements, and lead magnet effectiveness.
- ** Enhance mobile-first conversions**, ensuring a seamless experience across all devices.
- ** Collaborate with PPC and SEO teams** to ensure traffic sources align with conversion goals.
- ** Monitor and report on CRO performance, insights, and next steps** for our Client Success Manager (CSM) to present to clients.
- ** Stay ahead of industry trends** and conversion rate best practices to continually refine our strategies.

**Qualifications**:
✔️ **4-year bachelor's degree** in marketing, business, UX/UI, data science, or a related field.
✔️ **5+ years of CRO, UX/UI, or digital marketing experience**, preferably in an agency setting.
✔️ **3+ years of experience working with law firms** (personal injury, criminal defense, family law, etc.) is preferred.
✔️ **Deep knowledge of conversion optimization best practices**, including A/B testing, heatmaps, and user behavior analysis.
✔️ **Proficiency in CRO tools**, such as Google Analytics, VWO, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, Google Optimize, and Optimizely.
✔️ **Experience with website optimization tools**, including landing page builders (Unbounce, Instapage, etc.).
✔️ **Understanding of UX design principles** and how they impact conversions.
✔️ **Experience with ClickUp, Salesforce, and/or HubSpot** is a plus.
- ** Communication Skills**: You can clearly articulate CRO strategies, test results, and UX/UI recommendations to clients and internal teams.
