**Booking Agent**

Join our energetic sales team as a **Booking Agent** and help drive our success by coordinating meetings and appointments with potential clients.
We're looking for someone organized, proactive, and great with people — someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to keep things running smoothly.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Scheduling appointments and meetings between consultants and potential clients.
- Communicating clearly with both clients and team members to coordinate availability.
- Managing calendars and booking tools to keep schedules efficient and conflict-free.
- Following up with clients to confirm bookings and share relevant details.
- Keeping the team updated with all the right info at the right time.
- Logging appointments and interactions in our CRM system accurately.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Top-notch organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Clear, friendly communication and great people skills.
- Experience with scheduling tools or CRM systems is a plus.
- Able to work independently and collaborate with a team when needed.

**Salary Range**:
R5,000 - R8,000 (based on experience and performance) + Incentives

Pay: R5 000,00 - R8 000,00 per month
