**Role Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage day to day operations of a Continuous Improvement Team including team support and facilitation, coaching & mentorship, performance.
- Research and analyse organisations business processes to improve quality and efficiency.
- Ensure appropriate governance and outcomes of project management and delivery of projects using DMAIC system and ensure delivery is in line with agreed roadmaps and are consistent with continuous improvement methodology.
- Lead projects and large-scale change, within organisations contact centre and recoveries function.
- SWOT & stakeholder analysis, influence strategy & vision.
- identify, design / plan and implement key projects to improve quality, reduce costs, increase productivity and improve cycle time by reducing wasted time to ensure customer satisfaction and notable business improvement.

**Skills and Experience**
- Proven track record of successfully leading process improvement initiatives
- Deep process improvement expertise and a skilled user of process modelling tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio).
- Certified six sigma i.e Black Belt with excellent leadership skills and experience in developing teams.
- Min 8 Yrs. Senior management experience coupled with min. 5yrs in financial services, revenue collections/Recoveries (Contact centre) environment or similar.

**Qualifications**
- Relevant Degree (Business, Engineering or related)
- Six sigma certification and or other similar certifications

**Salary**: R1,800,000.00 - R2,200,000.00 per year
