**JOB PURPOSE**
The purpose of the Showroom Assistant is to welcome visitors and customers and assist customers with product related queries or on their orders.
**JOB OBJECTIVES**
**Customer assistance**
- Welcome visitors as they arrive and determine what service they require
- Provide customer with relevant information required and answer product related queries
- Assist customers with online purchases and/or with Electronic Payments
- Communicate with production and warehouse when required
