Retail Salesperson

**Furniture Retail Salesperson Position - Leather Gallery**

We are looking for the **best** furniture salesperson to join our sales team at our Leather Gallery Premium Furniture store in Shellybeach.

Leather Gallery has 16 Stores around the Country, A strong online presence and Ecommerce store along with 2 Major Distribution Centre's. It is a growing company and Prides itself in Selling Premium products at a Reasonable price.

We are looking for experienced and highly successful salespeople that have a strong track record of Sales. **We will require proof of past sales and your pay slips.**

Earning Potential:

- A Basic Salary will be Paid
- Commission will be paid on Personal Sales
- A Generous scaled Bonus Kicker will be paid on Personal Sales on achieving personal sales milestones.
- Earning Potential is Large for Successful Salespeople who can achieve targets and Bonus Kicker Targets.
- The Ability to sell Ice to a Eskimo. If you cannot do this then the job is not for you.
- The Ability and drive to write their own Salary with lots of Sales.
- 3+ years successful sales experience, experience in the furniture / Home Décor industry would be extremely advantageous but not a deal breaker. A Sales Person can sell anything.
- Matric certificate
- Proven track record of achieving monthly sales objectives - We require your previous Pay slips and Sales records to be sent along with your CV.
- Experience with POS Systems.
- Good computer skills

**Your responsibilities will be to**:

- Sell to all of our great and enquiring customers.
- Provide accurate, up-to-date information on all products (E.G: product features, product variants, pricing, etc.)
- Create quotes and close sales
- Follow up on customer quotes to close additional sales to meet your monthly targets
- Provide all customer feedback to the store manager and regional manager.

**There will be 3 rounds of Interviews**:
**Round 1: Skype or Teams Call with Head of HR**

**Round 2: In Person Meeting with Regional Sales Manager**

**Round 3: In Person Meeting or Online Call with Owners of the company.**
