Main Duties:

- Pitch to prospective Agents on MoMo product offerings.
- Gather necessary documentation and send to Head Office
- Training, Register/Onboard and Activate target number of Agents.
- Support and Monitor activity of the agents so Agents do not become dormant (80% of activated base to remain active at all time, RGA 30 = 20 transactions per month)

**Requirements**:

- Matric + Relevant experience in a similar field
- Applicant must have clear Criminal Record and be a South African Citizen
- Advantage - Representative to preferably have own vehicle and valid driver’s license. Employee will be required to travel for Agent acquisition
- **Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Sales and Customer Service environments**.
- Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business.
- Strong numerical ability.
- Must have communication skills
- Good time management and stress tolerance.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.

Conditions of Employment
- Infield position
- 3 months contract
- Basic salary + capped commission structure
- Airtime / Data Allowance
- Target based
