**Key Job Responsibilities (but not limited to)**:

- Load delivery vehicle as per the delivery note.
- Check that goods loaded correspond with delivery notes before leaving premises.
- Check that there are no shortages / overages of stock before leaving premises.
- Ensure that the correct / relevant stock is delivered to the correct customer.
- Responsible for collecting Cash for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders and to make sure the cash is accurate.
- Collecting return items as requested and ensure that Goods Received Notes (GRN’s) are made out for all stock returned.
- The driver will be held responsible for all traffic fines and will be responsible for the payment thereof.

8. Keeping delivery vehicles clean, neat and tidy always.
- Ensure that the vehicle is securely parked and locked at night and keys are handed to Branch Manager before leaving premises.
- Assist with keeping the store neat and tidy according to specified standards.
- Assist with ensuring that the store is always secured according to company rules & regulations.
- Assist with stock take preparation and physical stock.
- Help in store as and when required.
- Report all and any faults on the company vehicle.

15. Company drivers are to always look neat and tidy and presentable.

**Requirements**:

- Valid Driver’s License - Code 8 / 10 with PDP
- 2-3 years’ experience as company driver
- Must be willing to work overtime as and when required.
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Good numeracy skills
- Evidence of sound logical thinking
- Start date 01 March 2025
