Responsibilities:

- **Design Development**:Collaborate with senior designers to develop design concepts and translate them into detailed drawings and specifications.
- **Technical Drawing**: Produce accurate floor plans, elevations, and construction drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software.
- **3D Modeling and Rendering**: Create visualizations and renderings of interior spaces and architectural elements using SketchUp, 3ds Max, or other rendering software.
- **Material Selection**: Assist in researching and selecting appropriate materials, finishes, furnishings, and fixtures for projects, considering aesthetics, durability, and budget constraints.
- **Client Interaction**:Participate in client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating design ideas and responding to feedback.
- **Project Coordination**:Coordinate with project consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the construction process.
- **Documentation and Administration**: Maintain organized project files,documentation, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- **Professional Development**:Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices through continued education and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe
- Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), and rendering software. Strong design sensibility and ability to conceptualise ideas creatively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of construction documentation and detailing.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated and proactive.
- Prior internship or work experience in interior design, architecture, or a related field is preferred but not required.
