- OMI Solutions is looking for a Senior-Level Water Use Licence Consultant who can facilitate water use
authorisation processes, conduct public participation meetings and other stakeholder engagements. In
fulfilling this role, the Senior-Level Water Use Licence Consultant will be responsible for:

- Compiling Water Use Licence Technical Reports and Compliance Audit Reports.
- Determining project costs and managing project budget.
- Manage and co-ordinate public participation processes.
- Liaising with clients and authorities.
- Overall project management and specialist management.
- Analytical report writing.
Qualifications/Experience Required**:

- Minimum of Honours Degree in Environmental Management, Environmental Science or similar field.
- At least 5 years’ experience in environmental consulting.
- Knowledge of relevant environmental policies/legislation.
- Must be SACNASP registered.
- Experience with ArcGIS/QGIS mapping & Microsoft Project.
- Must be able to meet deadlines and be prepared to work extra time occasionally in order to do so.
- Must be able to work independently and without supervision.
- Must also be able to function productively as part of a team.
- Must be willing to travel for site visits and client meetings.
- Code B (code 8) driver’s licence (own transport required).
- Must be willing to travel extensively and internationally.
