**Line Manager**: Warehouse Supervisor

**Job Specification**:
**Key Performance Areas**:
Excellent product handling (deliver correct stock, in good product condition, to the right customer at the correct time).
Obtain proof of delivery.
Follow the route according to the Route Optimization tool in the vehicle (OTR) or Trip sheet.
Complete the daily trip sheet.
Load the vehicle daily before departure.

**Returns**:
Notify Expeditor before returning orders via the OTR and/or via phone call.
Uplift stock as per the uplift document, stock not on the uplift cannot be returned.
Offloading of returned stocks to be handed over to designated dispatch personnel prior to debriefing.

**General**:
Daily checks sheets to be completed for vehicle driven on the day.
Excellent time keeping record.
Debrief daily prior to clocking off.
Vehicles are to be kept clean.
Debrief CHEP pallet transfer slips.
Obey all traffic regulations and company rules (drivers will be held responsible for traffic fines due to driver error)
Willing to work extended hours when needed.
Must adhere to company rules and safety, health and environmental regulations.
Report any accidents to management.
Willing to step in as Van assistant when required.

**Qualifications and Experience**:
Matric
Code 10 Valid Driver’s license & a Valid PDP
Experience driving for minimum 5 years

**Other requirements**:
Must be Covid-19 vaccinated
