The purpose of this role is to become a conduit between Hisense, existing and/or potential customers within the allocated mall/s in their area. To complete daily sales target, orders are placed on time, queries are escalated, one on one training, stock counts and to provide feedback in terms of challenges and/or opportunities identified.
- Call cycle is completed set out by your line manager.
- All feedback forms on Perigee are completed daily.
- All escalations on OOS are captured on Perigee.
- All escalations of incorrect pricing are captured on Perigee and WhatsApp
- Ensuring that all product pricing in his/her store/s is correct.
- Ensure that all products on promo is priced correctly.
- Brand Specialist to ensure promo pricing is changed to the correct price when promo ends.
- Brand Specialist needs to ensure that the correct POS is on display and removed in time when promo ended.
- Instore training target is completed as set by management and the training team.
- All allocated training on Campus is completed in time (as per the deadline given by management)
- Brand specialist to grow market share in their allocated mall/s.
- Building relationships in his/her allocated stores with consultants and Manager.
- Generating leads out of the relationships and the current customer base.
- Ensure quality presentation and product demonstration is delivered to the consultants and customers.
- Act as the key interface between the consultants and brand and ensure brand visibility.
- Have a good understanding of the correct target market for each Hisense product.
- Check in and check out at each store on Perigee.
- Face-to-face motivation, education (product knowledge) and engagement
- Promotional/Activation activities

Identify new trade opportunities on behalf of Hisense

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From R3 000,00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
