Car Rental Dispatch Supervisor

**CAR RENTAL EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL FOR THIS POSITION**
Our client is a large and still growing international Car Rental company and they are looking for an experienced Dispatch Supervisor to urgently and immediately join their team. You will be responsible for daily fleet planning, effectively managing the flow process of vehicles from depot to airport, monitoring fleet and drivers and ensuring top quality standards are always upheld. You will also handle staff shift rosters and relevant administrative duties. It is essential that you have some dispatch experience in car rental in a supervisory capacity, a valid drivers license, own transport and be flexible in working hours.
**Job Requirements**
Matric Certificate
A valid drivers license and own transport
Must have at least 1 year of Dispatch Supervisor experience in car rental
Computer literate - Excel is essential
Excellent leadership skills
A stable work history
Reliable and contactable references
